  • Spaces are 10' X 10' for all outdoor events.

  • Vendor is responsible to supply all tents, shelving, tables, chairs or display racks as needed.

  • All tents must have adequate weights.

 Dates: Nov 30-December 1

 Hours: 10:00 - 6:00

​  Vendor will set up in the Barn, 

  Orchid Hill House, Art Sudio &

  Large climate controlled tent outside

  both the Barn and Orchid Hill House

  & Outdoor 10'x10' spaces.

Craft & Gift Vendor Fee schedule

​

​​Single Space (One 6' table)

      Single day                       $150.00

      Sat & Sunday                  $300.00

      Two weekends               $540.00​

      Full event (all six days) $750.00

​

Double space (Two 6' tables)

​      Single day                          $240.00

      Sat & Sunday                     $480.00

      Two weekends                  $800.00

      Full event (all six days) $1,080.00

 

​Outdoor 10'x10' Space

      $150.00 per day

 

All discount packages must be paid in 

full by 11/27/24

​​​Vendors Applying Must:

1) Complete Application w/clear 

description of products, must have

 Current phone# and email.

​

2) Applicants must provide two

pictures of product and display.

​

3) Full payment and completed

application must be received by FX

for applicants to be considered

​

 4) Applicants will be notified of

acceptance status within 24 hours of

FX Promotions' receipt of application.

​
